From raw material to final premium product

Thanks to high experienced Technicians I.T.P. Srl is highly specialized in customized Technopolymers production for every application, especially in Automotive, Elettromechanical, Electricity and Engeneering Sectors. After the first step, characterized by the check-up of the entering raw material in our Lab the further steps constist in the mixture phase, the extrusion process , the final check-up and the spedition as fast as possible according to delivery time to customer.

Polyamides 6 and 66

For injection moulding we use 2 different types of polyamide: PA6 and PA66. Polyamide 6 (melting point at 220 Celsius degrees) has a less rigidity and hardness but elasticity and resilience are higher, showing a lower flexural and tensile strength. Polyamide 66 (melting point at 225-265 Celsius degrees) has a higher mechanic and thermal resistance, it smelts at a higher temperature and it is more rigid and hard. The two polymers have different melting points: PA 6 220 Celsius degrees and PA66 255-265 Celsius degrees.
